Well the food was quite delicious. Except I didn't like the appetizer which was the Pork Rillette and Costillas. It was rather dry and hard to chew. However, mom's chicken was quite the catch. Mix until holds together. Take a tiny portion and press well together to form a very tiny ball. Leave aside the balls of filling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Instructions:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1)Place glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour and green tea powder in a mixing bowl. add shortening and make a well in the centre. Gradually add water and mix into a soft and pliable dough.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2)Divide dough into equal portions and set aside covered with a peice of clingfilm. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3)Take a portion of green tead dough and make a small dent in the centre. Add a ball of black sesame seeds filling. Wrap up neatly and roll into a round ball od tang yuan. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4)Bring a pot of water to the bowl. Drop the balls of tang yuan into the water and bring to a boil. When the dough balls float, remoce them with a slotted spoon. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5)Put them into a basin of cold water. Allow to steep in the cold water while preparing the tea soup. (Note, do not keep it too long in the cold water as it would be ineadible.)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;To make the tea soup: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1)Boil water and sugar in a small saucepot. Once the sugar dissolves drop in the sachets of green tea. Add milk and cocoa; beat until well combined. Grease a 900 g/ 2 lb loaf tin, line the base and sides with greaseproof paper and grease the paper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) To make the cake, place the butter, vanilla essence and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift the flour again and fold it and the milk into the cake mixture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) Transfer the cake mixture to the prepared tin and bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean. Leave the cake in the tin for about 5 minutes, then turn out on to a wire rack, peel off the lining paper and leave to cool completely.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4) To make the dark chocolate filling, place the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan and heat very gently, stirring frequently, until melted. Set aside to cool. Place the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until think and frothy. Fold in the cream, cocoa, and dissolved gelatine until evenly blended.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5) Using a long serrated knife, cut the cake horizontally into half.
